April L. Besl is an attorney with the law firm of Dinsmore & Shohl in Cincinnati Ohio. She focuses her practice on intellectual property issues including trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, social media, and internet law and has extensive experience assisting clients with emerging issues related to the impact of social media, the web, and technology on their business and marketing strategies. April is a frequent presenter on social media issues and their impact on the legal practice, brands, ethics, marketing and business. She has previously been featured on Fifth Third Business Beat, in the Business Courier, and been named a Top Read by JD Supra for her presentations on social media.
