Bricker & Eckler LLP is currently seeking a Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer to join our team.

To drive toward this mission, the Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer will build on our existing foundation and culture of diversity and inclusion to accelerate our progress and growth. This leader will report directly to the firm’s managing partner and will collaborate closely with our leadership team, working across all aspects of the firm to design and implement sustainable programs and institutionalized processes, including partnering with business leaders and external community partners. You will bring thought leadership, a passionate and compelling vision for success and a deep knowledge of the DEI space. And, you cannot be afraid to push us beyond our comfort zone to ensure we are aligned on our diversity and inclusion goals and constantly looking for new and better ways to attract and retain and engage a diverse group.
Ideal candidate will also have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of eight years of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion leadership experience, with a preference for experience in a legal services environment; experience delivering Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives and projects for large, cross-functional audiences.
