Judge Joshua W. Lanzinger of the Toledo Municipal Court is currently accepting applications for the position of courtroom bailiff (law clerk).
Confidential at-will employee. Performs law clerk duties for assigned judge; organizes and coordinates docket activity; maintains communications with criminal justice process participants; completes various clerical and administrative tasks; performs research; drafts opinions and orders. This position requires someone who is a self starter and is willing to take initiative. Must have the ability to interact well with the public and members of the bench, must be able to work in a fast paced environment. This is a full-time position; must be able and available to work during court business hours on the days required (8:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday thru Friday). Must be LEADS certifiable. Starting salary is $37,767.60.
